Our Terms of Use are in addition to and not in substitution for our Client Terms and Conditions. When Hourglass Recruitment introduces candidates to our clients for potential employment, those introductions shall be subject to our Client Terms and Conditions as applicable. We provide all of our clients with a copy of the Client Terms and Conditions applicable to them.

Hourglass Recruitment provides you access to www.hourglassrecruitment.com.au (‘Website’) for your personal use to assist you with your recruitment journey.

By accessing and using the Website, you agree to the following:

  1. You will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose;

  2. You will not provide inaccurate or false information relating to yourself and/or your ability to work; and

We do not guarantee that any candidates will be available or will meet the needs of any employer or client. We make no representation or warranty as to the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through the Website. Whilst we take all reasonable endeavours, we do not guarantee that any employer or client will keep confidential any candidate information provided to them.

Severability

If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
